When you make or attempt a purchase on DukaFresh, we collect the name, M-Pesa phone number, and email address (if provided) you enter at checkout, along with basic technical details such as your IP address and browser information, and payment status from Safaricom's M-Pesa service.

You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS/WhatsApp message, unsubscribing via any marketing email, or contacting us directly. Opting out does not affect order-related communications (e.g. payment confirmations).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Payment details are processed directly through Safaricom's M-Pesa Daraja platform; we do not store your M-Pesa PIN or full payment credentials.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including restricting direct access to stored order data and requiring admin login for anyone viewing customer records.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DukaFresh after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
